An old school police cruiser rolls into the Nexus, screeching to a halt, almost crashing into the Sign. The officer at the wheel calmly gets out, head swiveling, looking around on his way to the gaudy billboard. The man seems chipper; youthful. He grabs a brochure. Seemingly unconcerned with the running car (door still ajar), he glances at the brochure for a moment before once again looking around the Nexus. If he is astonished, he is handling it very coolly.
One question in particular occurs to him. He produces a Polaroid photograph of a young teenage boy, showing it freely to whomever will look. As with many police officers, his symmetrical appearance and amicable demeanor probably inspire trust in the average person.
"Have you seen this boy?"
