In less than a second, she pulls her slingshot from her belt, retrieves a rock from a pouch, and has the weapon pulled up next to her face, ready to strike. With a second breath she aims at the doctor's right cheek and releases the rock. The shot isn't meant to kill him, or even stun him. It's supposed to hurt his ego a hell of a lot more than the actual violence. Because, really... how the fuck has she killed people with this weapon before?
