Well, okay, she has to concede that coffee bars don't just happen. Except, possibly, in Yuppie districts, where 'Starbucks' and 'Cruisin Coffee' storefronts spring up overnight like mushrooms after a heavy rain. She's not fully convinced there's nothing supernatural at work there.
