After being launched into the Nexus by a wrong turn, yet another newcomer takes time to get his bearings. This time it's a man in 17th century clothing that looks like it's been through countless wars. Other than grimacing at the sign, Reynard isn't too shocked and he manages his confusion well. Although this is very different to his usual brand of strange, Reynard would feels surprisingly comfortable with the unexpected.
He finds his hat and, after setting it on his head and flicking through a brochure thoughtfully, he puts his hands on his hips as he regards the Nexus with a slight rise and fall of his brow. "People are wonderfully diverse in all kinds of ways. Sometimes so much so that it's difficult for us to understand each other."
"When you seem unfathomably alien to your neighbours, how do you deal with that? Do you try to educate them, or simply try not to cause any trouble? And if you've never had the pleasure of being a strange stranger, how do you deal with people who you cannot understand?"
