This guy will be lounging around in one of the many chairs dotted around in the forum area smoking his e-cigar. Why not? This is perhaps one of many chances he can have to actually relax, rather than being shot down or nearly killed on missions. No one wants to kill him here, do they? No Skull Unit or Cipher clowns to kill him. He hopes.
