Really, she shouldn't be here. Right now, she and her body host should be with Agnès at the Inn in Caldisla- they've just finished the festivities of their victory over that crazy lady Whyte and that awesome dude Lehr (giving them their Asterisks. MONK ASTERISK FOR LIIIFE, she proclaimed in Tiz's head).

But here she was, in her body host, staring around the area before seeing the sign and the brochures. Checking out one of the latters, Dix sighed as she shook her head. "And I was wondering why Tiz was unresponsive," she muttered to herself, her voice coming out pseudo-disembodied from the young man's body, with a strange echo within.

"A question, they say. Well, I've got one for you guys, if you're willing to lend an ear- what's the weirdest place you've ever woken up in?"

"What be the purpose of your interdimensional travels, lass? Is it determined or random?" Hudson asks while scratching his cheek and leisurely loosening his jaw.

"The former," she admits. "I'm actually on a highly secretive mission that requires it. All I can say it's that it's some sort of rescue mission."

"I see." The grizzled gargoyle rubs his chin in thought. "How successful have you been thus far? Need any assistance, then? I can't travel between dimensions very well but while you're here, I can help ye search."
