The season is a'changing, the weather is warmer. The forecast calls for high temperature, low humidity and a light breeze. A near perfect day. What better reason to gather the friends and have a good time with a bonfire? Grab a beer, have a seat. Cheery tunes fill the salty air. There's plenty of room and so much to eat.

Matt Murdock is actually dressed for the beach. Still likely more than usual. He burns so easily. There's no way he could have done this alone. Anyone who is anyone in Nexus knows that there is that distinct Verity Willis touch on everything. If the sounds and the sights don't get you, it is going to be whatever Clint has on the grill. That man is magic.

"Thanks, man." Hey he looks like he could patron Josie's. Foggy is quick to hand over at least the beer. "You're a lifesaver!" He pants a little but is quick with a friendly grin.

For once he wasn't surprised or worried at all Matt didn't get to the phone.

"Ah the famous Magic Hat," Hunter smiles after reading the name of the beer container. "You must be Matt's mentioned friend."

[avakaido]

"You like?" It's a little indie but hey. "Oh yeah! Foggy Nelson." He beams and wings out his elbows. "I owe you a handshake but uh...stuff, you know? Walk with me. What's your name?"

[losthunter]

"I have not tried it... yet. I am going to claim one as soon as we find a spot to set it down." Hunter laughs in response.

"I'm Hunter." Just the one name is provided, as Hunter walks beside Foggy.

[avakaido]

"Okay good. You're in for a treat. I mean, I hope that they have something like this stuff or else you're going to have to look into a full time shipment arrangement with me or Matt or something." Enthusiasm, thy name is Franklin "Foggy" P. Nelson. And it's okay if Hunter doesn't like it. He tends to just be really into whatever it is he's into.

"Great to meet you. Been holding down the party fort?"

[losthunter]

"Oh, I am sure I could arrange some sort of deal." Hunter puts just enough flirtatious tones in his voice, to tease a little.

"Everything has been great so far. The burgers are delicious, beyond description."

[avakaido]

He's quick to laugh and oh so easy to get along with. That's how he works. "Careful now, if they didn't tell you I'm a lawyer to. The contract would be brutal and binding." They make their way to the rest.

"I...am so in for any burger with or without description now."

[losthunter]

"I was told you were a lawyer. And I do have a small taste of lawyer contracts. I just had to go through some name change logistics."

Hunter looks around for a place where they can start unloading. "Well, I can act as guard of all of these things... if the smell from the grills get too tempting."

[avakaido]

"Nice! Uh. What was it before? I haven't legally gone to Foggy. I'm sure tempted though. Not even my parents call me Franklin."

You said the magic words, kid. "Oooh well in that case. Lemme just...I'll be right back!" It shouldn't be too long. He just wants about one of everything.

[losthunter]

Hunter is a little surprised about being asked about his previous name. He bites his lip. "Um... it was Kyle."

There is a story there if Foggy wants to hear it. Hunter could tell it, once Foggy returns after being fed.

[avakaido]

Ohhh. Was that taboo? Foggy has a tendency to just go ahead and talk. Like a loving bulldozer. No harm meant whatsoever. "Hunter's good on you." He has enough finesse to say he doesn't think that the man before him looks like a Kyle.

Foggy is there and back again. He really, really is wild about a good cook out. And meats.

[losthunter]

"I see you are a meat-a-tarian yourself," Hunter chuckles slightly, by putting a spin on a well-known word.

"What did we need to unpack from your stuff?"

[avakaido]

"I am. You know, I could have been a butcher." This may not be the last time Hunter hears this if he continues to speak to him. Just the way of things. "Meat-a-tarian is exactly what it is. Yes."

Excuse him why he chews his way through a bite.

"I...broughta few things." Chew. Chew. "Glasses, leis. Those are for everybody."

[losthunter]

"Definitely items suited for a beach party." Hunter chuckles, looking through the items in the bags. He dons a lei over his neck.

[avakaido]

"Go on and pass em out if you want. I mean they're up for grabs." And no he didn't accidentally purchase something on line and misread the amount as a gross No sir.

"You've tried these burgers right?"

[losthunter]

"Of course. They are incredibly delicious. Almost surpassed the steak... almost..."
