The season is a'changing, the weather is warmer. The forecast calls for high temperature, low humidity and a light breeze. A near perfect day. What better reason to gather the friends and have a good time with a bonfire? Grab a beer, have a seat. Cheery tunes fill the salty air. There's plenty of room and so much to eat.

Matt Murdock is actually dressed for the beach. Still likely more than usual. He burns so easily. There's no way he could have done this alone. Anyone who is anyone in Nexus knows that there is that distinct Verity Willis touch on everything. If the sounds and the sights don't get you, it is going to be whatever Clint has on the grill. That man is magic.

Everyone has their talents. "Ooh! Ooh! I've got it!" Loki can't suppress a grin as he crows, "Sandsibar!"

"I think that one takes the cake." Sandalot was going to be a guess, but c'mon. Sandsibar!

Sandalot would have been clever, but also rather hints at its own precipitous fall. "Ha, yes! Best at naming things! Thank you!"

Sandsibar conjures up distant lands, less doomed too. "Thank you, may the great land of Sandsibar prosper forever." However long that is in sand time.

"Forever and a day!" Loki agrees. "Great party, by the way."

"It was collaborative. Verity and I. Clint too." He still dips his head. "Thanks. I'm glad you could come around."

"Quite the cozy family planning committee," Loki observes. Of course, putting the words "planning" and "family" together can have other meanings, and you'd think Loki would have considered that, but he couldn't possibly.

"Yeah," and then giving it more thought. Clint and Verity as brother and sister. And Matt? "Yeah it sure is." He lightly clears his throat. It's more likely than Loki would believe. Or perhaps he does already? "We're pretty lucky, aren't we?"

"There are many less fortunate, at any rate." The question of what Loki knows is a perennial favorite among people trying to raise their blood pressure or stay awake without caffeine.
